Panel Sessions
Each panel session will feature a moderator, two scholars and one policymaker. Each member of the panel will deliver a short presentation. A Q&A session led by the moderator will follow. Scholars will speak about projects that prompted their use of Russell Library collections, and how, and to what extent, Russell Library materials supported their research. Policymakers will comment on speakers’ remarks in light of their own experiences as practitioners who may have legislated, lobbied, or otherwise had connections with the topics addressed. The presentations will spark discussion of how policy may have changed over time, what kind of records are created and kept, and whether we have learned from the past.
